Shipping Policies

LOVEFRESH ships across Canada & the United States (unfortunately we are unable to ship to Hawaii & Alaska at this time) for a flat rate (see chart below). All orders placed online at www.lovefresh.com are processed within 48 hours.  If an item is unavailable at the time you place your order, you will be notified about the wait time.

Shipping times vary depending on your location within Canada and the United States, so please allow 5-7 business days for delivery in Canada, and 7-14 business days for delivery in the US.

Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds, however we will exchange any product that is defective at the seller's discretion.
